Food Production

Advance Training Kitchen : A most modern well equipped kitchen to impart training for different cuisines. Almost 24 students can work individually in the kitchen at a time.
Quantity Food Kitchen : The kitchen is designed to produce food in quantity.
Basic Training Kitchen : The kitchen is designed for the beginners, where basic cooking skills are imparted.

 

	Bakery : A modern bakery with an attatched fully air conditioned confectionery
	Larder & Cold Room : A fully equipped larder with an adjacent cold room.
	Demo Kitchen : The Institute also has a specially designed demo kitchen

 

Restaurant

The Institute has got an elegant, spacious and fully air conditioned restaurant with a seating capacity of 80 covers. The restaurant has beautiful bar counter. The unique feature of the restaurant is the attatched display kitchen and a well equipped pantry.

 

Mock Bar

Mahatma Gandhi once said “we don’t believe in spirit which is inside the bottle but we believe in the spirit with which we welcome and serve to our foreign guests". Mock bar of the Institute is equipped to train the students regarding the service of various alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and the preparation of various cocktails and mocktails.

 

Front Office

The front office lab is beautifully designed in the form of a hotel lobby to give practical exposure of working in the front office department of a five star hotel. The lab is also equipped with the Fidelio System which is used in top category hotels.

 

Computer Lab

The computer lab of the college consists of 40 terminals, each connected with the internet facility where 80 students can sit and work at one time.

Library

The college library is well stacked and in its very first year of inception the library has more than one thousand books. It is accessible to the students on all working days. VCD, CD and other facilities are also provided.

 

Housekeeping

The housekeeping department has a well equipped lab, having a modern laundry fitted with the latest equipments. A guest suite measuring to the standards of five star deluxe suites is available to give the students practical exposure in housekeeping.
