How to Apply for Diploma Programmes

Diploma in Food Production and Diploma in Food & Beverage Service:

Information Brochure cum Application Form is available from the office of Principal, Institute of Hotel Management, Dehradun on payment of Rs. 200 in person. Prospectus -cum - admission form are also available by post for which candidates are required to send Demand Draft of Rs 250/ course, in favour of "IHM Dehradun" payable at Dehradun.

Complete Application Form should reach to Principal, Institute of Hotel Management, Near Tapkeshwar Temple, Garhi Cantt, Dehradun – 248003.

1. A true copy of the Certificate of Birth (High School).
2. A certificate of good health (the form of the certificate attached at the end of this book) from a qualified R.M.P.
   
3. Certificate in support of belonging to Schedule Caste/Tribe.
   
4. Character Certificate from two respectable persons.
   
5. Copies of Certificate showing educational qualification.
   
6. Two copies of passport size photograph for Diploma Courses.
   
7. Mark Sheet of Class 12th Examination.
   
8. Acknowledge Card to be affixed with Rs. 6/- Stamp.
   
9. True copy of Domicile Certificate

1. Incomplete application form will be rejected.
   
2. Application received after the due date will not be accepted.
