Information Brochure cum Application Form is available from the office of Principal, Institute of Hotel Management, Dehradun in person. Application Form can also be downloaded from website www.nchmct.org.

Important Notes:

• Read the instructions carefully before filling the Application Form.
  
• Paste only recent passport size colour photograph. Do not staple it.
  
• Your name, your parent’s / guardian’s name and your date of birth should be exactly same as in your Matriculation Certificate
